CHERMAK has handled matters for any of the persons or entities you list, we may not be able to offer you legal representation. If we determine that there is a conflict problem, your email will be deleted, and we will reply with an email explaining the conflict. As a general rule, an attorney cannot represent a party against a person or entity that has been, or still is, a client of that attorney. However, if the matter is transactional, representation may still be possible.
